She was born in Bursa in 1988. In 2011, she graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Literature, Departments of American Culture and Literature and Theater Criticism and Dramaturgy. She completed her master's degree in Comparative Literature at Bilgi University. She conducts workshops and lectures with children of all ages on a wide range of topics from recycling and upcycling to zero waste, composting, gardening, endangered animals and climate change. She also translates and edits children's literature for various publishing houses.
