She was born in 1987 in Izmir. She graduated from Ege University, Department of German Language and Literature. She took part in a project in Germany where she worked one-on-one with children, young people and disadvantaged adults. Subsequently, she worked as an editorial assistant at Günışığı Kitaplığı and as an editor in the youth and children's department of Pegasus Publishing. She continues her career as a pedagogue and development coach in Germany.
